Michael W. Cramer has practiced civil litigation since 1984. He has been lead counsel in a number of major personal injury, product liability, workers’ compensation, LHWCA, real estate, commercial and construction cases, including all aspects of discovery and trial. He has conducted hundreds of depositions, specializing in the depositions of physicians. Mr. Cramer has represented individuals, small companies and large corporations on both sides of the docket.

Representative Jury Trials
- Secured defense verdict for trucking company involving the collision of a motorcycle and an eighteen-wheeler when the truck was ticketed for making an improper right turn.
- Represented defendant trucking company and its driver in auto-truck collision wrongful death case. In a “swearing match” as to which vehicle caused the accident, gained a defense verdict through the cross-examination of the Plaintiff’s accident reconstruction expert.
- Represented defendant in nightclub negligent security case where a patron was stabbed by six assailants, causing a ruptured spleen, a collapsed lung and multiple other injuries, resulting in a lengthy hospitalization: gained a defense verdict.
- Represented electrical subcontractor in breach of contract case against general contractor involving numerous affirmative defenses, including faulty electrical work: verdict for client, including all attorney’s fees. Post-verdict litigation included the discovery of an out of state fraudulent transfer of funds and piercing the corporate veil, resulting in a substantial recovery for the client in unlikely circumstances.
